About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in identifying and onboarding corporate clients, promoting our courier services, and driving sales growth. You’ll be responsible for building strong business relationships, negotiating contracts, and working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Identify and onboard corporate clients for our courier services
✔ Develop and maintain strong business relationships with companies and institutions
✔ Promote and market Buscar Courier Services to businesses
✔ Negotiate contracts and service agreements with corporate clients
✔ Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports
✔ Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient service delivery
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
📅 At least 2 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in logistics or transport
🗣 Strong communication and negotiation skills
🎯 Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
🚚 Familiarity with courier/logistics operations is an added advantage
🤝 Self-driven, with excellent customer service skills
