| A modern coast bus |
I have never been disappointed like the way i was with modern coast bus company. I travelled from Nairobi to Mombasa on 4th Tuesday night and arrived Mombasa on 5th Wednesday morning.
It all started when we the passengers were told to put our bags in the bus, put the labels and mark them by ourselves which for the first time it has never happened. Despite the poor services experience the bus also arrived an hour late from the indicated time on the ticket.
After the incident at the company’s office we were caught up by a huge misfortune. It started raining throughout the journey and we were all wet. As if that was not enough the driver switched on the air-condition to its maximum and gave a deaf ear to our requests to switch the air-condition off as we were all wet and shivering from the cold.
This was so inhuman of the driver and I hated it to bits. Improve on your customer services Modern Coast, we deserve more from you.
