How to book a Bus with Bus Kenya App

• • Download the Bus Kenya App from Google Play 
    
  • Open the App and choose the Bus Company of choice from the menu bar.
    
  • Search the route of choice starting from departure town, destination and the date of travel.
    

• • Select the bus of choice depending on bus departure time, fare and class by scrolling down after a successful search
    
  • Select the seat(s) of your choice and proceed to the next step
    
  • Fill in the name(s) to appear on the ticket and proceed to pay via M-pesa by pressing the HOME button. Please DO NOT press the back button while proceeding to pay via M-pesa
    

• Confirm payment by inserting the number used for payment and the M-pesa code on the Payment Details as shown in the above picture. Insert the CAPTURE code for human verification and Get Tickets
  
• A wait Bus Company’s confirmation on succesful booking through an SMS. The message will entail the details of your booking. On the day of departure, request your ticket(s) from the office counter of relevant Bus Company.
